• Strong hands-on experience in Siebel CRM design, configuration, scripting, and workflow.
• Expertise in one or more modules: Siebel CSW, Open UI, Order Management, Product Configuration, Workforce Management, PRM/Dealer Management, Field Service, BI Publisher, EAI/EIM, CTI, and Customer Billing Care.
• Experience on Siebel version 20.xxxx or above preferred.
• Proven technical leadership experience in Siebel development projects.
• Knowledge of Oracle Communications RODOD implementation and application integrations using Web Services/REST APIs.
• Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting (Shell, Perl, Python, Selenium).
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and Cloud-native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, Maven; exposure to Chef/Ansible is a plus.
• Good understanding of BSS applications, telecom business processes, and E2E project implementations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; strong team player.
