Job Summary:
• Hands-on experience in Siebel Configuration with strong knowledge of Account & Contact Management and Assistant Agent Billing Care. • Proficient in Siebel CRM Scripting / Open UI, Order Management, and EAI. • Working experience in Siebel Workforce Management, PRM / Dealer Management, Field Service, and BI Publisher Reports. • Exposure to Siebel Version 20.xxxx and above is preferred. • Telecom industry experience is mandatory. • Good to have RODOD Implementation knowledge.
