8+ years of overall experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Technical
Strong hands-on experience in:
Fast Formulas
HCM Extracts
BI Publisher (BIP)
OTBI
HDL / HSDL / FBDI
Expertise in Oracle HCM Integrations (REST, SOAP, OIC preferred)
Experience with Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, or Compensation modules
Strong knowledge of SQL, XML, and data structures
Experience in end-to-end implementations and support projects
Design, develop, and support technical solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud
Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher (BIP) Reports, and OTBI reports
Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, HDL, HSDL, and FBDI
Education & Certifications:
Any graduate
