Job Summary:
6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud functional experience with strong expertise in Time & Labor (OTL), Core HR, and Absence modules.
2–3 end-to-end implementations in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, OTL, and Absence.
Hands-on experience with Data Migration activities, preparing and validating FBDI templates for bulk data loading from legacy systems into Oracle Fusion.
Strong ability to interact and work independently with business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and solution delivery.
Proven experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders across teams for successful project execution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-facing mindset.
Immediate joiners or candidates with notice period up to 45 days/less are highly preferred
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
