Job Summary:
Should have experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Financials applications to meet organizational financial management needs.
Responsible for requirement gathering from business stakeholders, designing functional solutions, and configuring modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, etc.
Hands-on experience in customization using Oracle Application Composer, data migration from legacy systems, integration with other applications (CRM, HRMS, third-party systems), and developing test plans and validating system functionality.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operation of financial systems.
Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams, manage multiple tasks, and stay updated with Oracle Fusion Financials releases and best practices.
Immediate joiners or candidates with notice period up to 45 days/less are highly preferred
