Job Summary:

 

  • 8–12 years of overall experience with strong, proven hands-on expertise in AEM
  • Deep experience with AEM Forms — Adaptive Forms, Workflows, Form Data Models, and form integrations
  • Strong understanding of AEM architecture — Sling, OSGi framework, JCR (Oak), and CRX
  • Proficiency in Java, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript / jQuery
  • Experience with RESTful API development and system integrations
  • Working knowledge of SQL and version control using Git
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery
  • AEM Developer Certification is preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM Forms
  • Build and customize Adaptive Forms, AEM Workflows, Form Data Models, and Document Services (Output, Forms, Assembler)
  • Develop AEM components, templates, and OSGi services using Sling, JCR, and Java
  • Integrate AEM and AEM Forms with external systems via RESTful APIs and third-party connectors
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across AEM environments
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality web experiences
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in AEM / AEM Forms environments — including replication, indexing, and workflow failures
  • Ensure adherence to AEM development best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team
  • Stay current with Adobe's latest AEM and AEM Forms product capabilities and cloud roadmap

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
