Job Summary:
7+ years of hands-on DevOps / Cloud Engineering experience with at least 3+ years on AWS
Strong, proven experience with CI/CD tools — GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, and/or Octopus Deploy — including pipeline migration experience
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting application and infrastructure delivery across cloud-native environments
Lead migration of existing CI/CD pipelines from Octopus Deploy to modern platforms such as GitLab CI or GitHub Actions — including planning, execution, testing, and cutover
Infrastructure as Code & Automation
Author, manage, and govern Terraform configurations for provisioning and maintaining AWS infrastructure at scale
Design modular, reusable Terraform modules and enforce coding standards, naming conventions, and tagging policies
AWS Security & IAM
Design and implement fine-grained IAM policies, roles, and permission boundaries across multi-account AWS environments
Set up and manage cross-account IAM roles and trust relationships for seamless, secure access between AWS accounts
Build, manage, and optimize Docker images — multi-stage builds, image hardening, vulnerability scanning (ECR, Trivy), and registry management
Deploy, configure, and manage Amazon EKS clusters — including managed node groups, Fargate profiles, add-ons, and upgrades
Infrastructure Monitoring & Observability
Design and implement end-to-end observability stacks covering metrics, logs, and distributed traces for cloud-native applications
Set up and manage AWS-native monitoring using CloudWatch Metrics, Logs, Dashboards, Alarms, and Container Insights
Collaboration & DevOps Culture
Partner with development teams to embed DevOps practices — shift-left testing, automated quality gates, and continuous feedback loops
Participate in architecture reviews, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to align infrastructure needs with delivery timelines
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
