Job Summary:
Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle HCM Modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Core Compensation, Workforce Compensation).
Test web and mobile applications to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.
Identify defects/bugs, document them clearly, and collaborate with developers for timely resolution.
Create and execute test cases/scripts based on user stories, functional specifications, and business requirements.
Conduct Regression Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate product functionality.
Develop and maintain an efficient testing infrastructure, ensuring seamless testing processes across projects.
Prepare detailed test reports, defect summaries, and performance analyses for internal and client review.
Participate actively in the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), contributing to product design and quality assurance.
Utilize bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) to manage and monitor defect life cycles.
Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React Native.
Ability to follow detailed test plans, maintain documentation, and ensure traceability of test cases.
Immediate joiners or candidates with notice period up to 45 days/less are highly preferred
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.
