Job Summary:
4–5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with specialization in Workforce Compensation and Benefits modules.
Expertise in Fast Formulas for automating complex compensation calculations and processes.
Hands-on experience in integrating Workforce Compensation with other HR systems.
Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Benefits, including life event triggers and collapsing event rules.
Proficient in configuring benefit programs and plans with enrollment and eligibility rules.
Solid understanding of ACA reporting requirements.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts and provide weekend on-call support.
Immediate joiners or candidates with notice period up to 45 days/less are highly preferred
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
