Job Description:
At least 7 years of experience in NetSuite
Should have experience in leading technical teams in the implementation, customization, and optimization of NetSuite solutions to meet business requirements.
Experience in collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, design technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery of NetSuite projects.
Strong proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteBuilder, and other NetSuite development tools.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, CRM, SuiteCommerce, or other NetSuite modules preferred.
Should have knowledge or deep understanding of NetSuite functionalities, strong technical expertise, and excellent leadership skills.
Should be able to lead technical aspects of NetSuite implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.
Provide guidance and direction to technical team members, delegating tasks effectively and monitoring progress to achieve project goals.
Should be able to establish and enforce quality assurance processes and standards for NetSuite implementations, including code reviews, testing methodologies, and documentation practices.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives, and provide expert guidance on leveraging NetSuite to achieve their goals.
Communicate effectively with clients, building trust and rapport, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Should be updated with emerging trends, tools, and best practices within the NetSuite ecosystem, and advocate for their adoption to enhance project delivery and outcomes.
Should be responsible in designing and implementation of integrations between NetSuite and other systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, eCommerce), leveraging appropriate integration tools and technologies.
Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between NetSuite and external systems, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Netsuite certifications in SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, Administrator are a plus.
