Job Description:
Should have 3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superb phone presence
Thorough understanding about the technical recruitment process
Must possess a fine knowledge on background checks and documentations required for the short-listed candidates
Ability in handling end to end domestic recruitment
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
Excellent experience working on Job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, Social networking sites, head hunting etc. to get the right profiles matching the requirements at the shortest possible time
Create a pipeline of qualified technical resources
Understanding the Job Requirement, source and screen the best Candidate, negotiate rates, schedule interviews, receive evaluation etc
Follow up with candidate until onboarding process completes
Negotiate with the candidates and recruitment partners
