Job Description:
Should have 5+ years of experience
Experience working with Linux/UNIX, Rackspace, Hypervisor & VMs
Database experience, including knowledge of SQL and NoSQL
Prior experience in ticketing tools mandatory (Jira would be advantage)
Basic knowledge of Oracle Weblogic server & services
Exemplary communication and organizational skills, and the ability to stay focused on completing tasks and meeting goals within a busy workspace. Ability to prioritize
Interest in Cloud Engineering and its impact on greater business practices
Skilled at working in tandem with a team of engineers, or alone as required
Work in coordination with the stakeholders (both internal & external) to support cloud, windows, Linux infrastructure
Provide technical assistance on Linux, cloud-based systems, and resolve operational problems like sign-on, logs for Support team
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they snowball into problems
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of managing Cloud Services system setup, system administration, incident resolution, capacity planning, availability management, disaster recovery
Ensure timely liaison with vendors regarding problems, fixes, and required enhancements
Liaise with Release Manager regarding regular Software Patches & releases into Sandbox, Production & Hybrid environment
While the role is to liaise with Senior system Manager in day-to-day operations including but not limited to resource allocation, performance monitoring, compliance; assistance in handling Cloud related tickets, handling procurement of licenses & software / hardware via internal requestioning system and / or external vendors.
Track Cloud Incidents & prepare RCA for the same to be shared to customer
Prepare and Share Cloud Availability report to the Senior Leadership team

Certification as RHCSA, Cloud Security Certification, and/or AWS Solutions Architect certification a plus (Other cloud-related certification also a plus)
