Job Description:
At least 7+ years of experience in the Oracle EPM space, with a focus on FCCS/HFM (Hyperion Financial Management).
Should have experience as a Technical consultant for customers across various industries, specialising in the Oracle Cloud Consolidations and Close solution.
Should have hands-on-experience in managing and maintaining Back Office Applications, including Oracle Financials, Cloud RMCS (Reconciliation Matching and Close Service), Cloud GL (General Ledger), EPM-ARCS (Enterprise Performance Management - Account Reconciliation Cloud Service), EJM (Enterprise Job Management), FCCS, EBTAX (E-Business Tax), Revpro (Revenue Recognition), and Kyriba.
Experience in delivering at least one large full life-cycle consolidation implementation using the FCCS application.
Excellent knowledge in Smart view for Office (Excel) to enhance reporting and analysis.
Hands on experience in troubleshooting, working with Oracle Support as needed, and handling pre and post-implementation activities.
Should be responsible for managing tax requirements, revenue recognition, and other financial processes.
Good understanding of financial processes, consolidation, and reporting.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Should have experience in leading project teams and managing deliverables effectively.
Hands-on experience with the functional and operational aspects of FCCS application design and development.
Ability to lead project teams and manage deliverables effectively.
Understanding of financial processes, consolidation, and reporting.
