Job Summary:
8–12+ years in GTM systems, business operations, or sales operations roles, with significant hands-on Salesforce experience (former Salesforce Admin or Architect strongly preferred).
Proven ability to design, configure, and optimize Salesforce and related GTM systems end-to-end.
Strong understanding of GTM processes (sales, marketing, customer success) and how to enhance them with AI and automation.
Experience guiding technical teams or junior implementers (formal management experience not required).
A product mindset — able to gather requirements, design great user experiences, and deliver solutions that drive adoption.
Deep technical knowledge of system integration, AI applications, automation tools, data modeling, and reporting.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
