• Analyze and document healthcare processes related to Medicare membership enrollment. • Communicate requirements clearly and effectively to stakeholders, including technical teams, management, and external partners. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of system enhancements and new features. • Query and analyze data from the Oracle database to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides. • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality meets business needs. • Provide ongoing support and training to users of the Medicare membership enrollment system.
