We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Architect with deep subject matter expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing.
The ideal candidate will be a key contributor in our engagements, responsible for leading discovery workshops, analyzing business requirements, and designing robust and scalable solutions that leverage the full capabilities of Oracle Manufacturing Cloud.
This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and exceptional interpersonal skills to serve as a trusted advisor within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Engagement & Requirements Analysis: Lead workshops and interviews to gather and analyze business requirements related to manufacturing processes, including discrete, process, and mixed-mode manufacturing, production scheduling, and shop floor control.
• Solution Design & Configuration: Translate business requirements into a functional design document. Architect and configure the Oracle Manufacturing Cloud application to meet organizational needs, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Advisory & Strategy: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing guidance on best-in-class manufacturing processes and how to optimize use of the Oracle Cloud platform.
• Implementation Leadership: Guide the technical team in the development of customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies. Lead system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
• Sales & Presales Support: Assist in presales activities, including the preparation of proposals, statements of work, and product demonstrations.
• Mentorship: Mentor and provide guidance to junior functional consultants, helping them grow their expertise in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing.

Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience with Oracle applications, with at least 5 years focused on implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of core manufacturing processes, including:
  • Work Execution and Production Management
  • Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routings
  • Work Definition and Production Scheduling
  • Costing and Work Order Processing
