Job Summary:

Installing, configuring, upgrading, and maintaining SharePoint environments.

Managing site collections, content databases, document libraries, and web applications.

Performing daily monitoring, system health checks, and troubleshooting platform issues.

Creating and managing user accounts, permission levels, and security groups.

Ensuring platform security (encryption, firewalls, security zones, compliance controls).

Executing backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures.

Providing end-user support and resolving SharePoint-related issues.

Monitoring storage, usage, activity, and optimizing platform performance.

Applying patches, updates, and version upgrades.

Secondary Skills (Value-Add / Advanced):

Automating admin tasks using PowerShell scripting.

Collaborating with developers to deploy custom solutions, workflows, and integrations.

Designing and maintaining SharePoint site structures, templates, and workflows.

Creating documentation for governance policies, procedures, and system configurations.

Providing end-user training to improve SharePoint adoption.

Using related Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, SQL Server, Office 365, IIS, Power BI, HTML/CSS/JavaScript.

Managing site lifecycle, archiving, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.


 

Key Skills:
