We are looking for a self-motivated "Application Support Consultant" with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Receiving and completing work through the ticketing application, and including the monitoring and assigning of tickets in the department’s ticket queues
Creating, submitting and follow up of various support requests such as Change Requests, Firewall requests, and server build requests
Creating and implementing low-mid complexity level processes
Troubleshooting low-mid complexity level issues on internal and external applications
Provide client support and issue resolution via ticketing system, e-mail or web-conferencing tools
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of client’s system or customizations as needed
