• Must have prior experience in Market Prominence Tool.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare industry, specifically with Medicare membership enrollment systems.
• Strong understanding of healthcare processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in querying and analyzing data from Oracle databases.
• Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document healthcare processes related to Medicare membership enrollment.
• Communicate requirements clearly and effectively to stakeholders, including technical teams, management, and external partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of system enhancements and new features.
• Query and analyze data from the Oracle database to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality meets business needs.
• Provide ongoing support and training to users of the Medicare membership enrollment system.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science, or a Bachelor’s degree with significant work experience in technology Industry
