Job Summary:
Mandatory Skills:
Extensive experience with NetSuite, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and projects.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and project management principles.
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other ERP systems and cloud-based solutions.
Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, SuiteScript, or SQL.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
Certifications related to NetSuite or project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
