Job Summary:

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Lead Consultant to oversee the implementation and management of Infor M3 ERP solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive ERP program execution, streamline supply chain processes, and manage business teams effectively. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth delivery across configuration, setup, testing, and deployment phases, contributing to our goal of achieving exceptional business outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of ERP experience, including 5+ years with Infor M3 (functional and delivery expertise).

Strong knowledge of M3 CloudSuite modules: Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing.

Proven experience leading ERP programs and working with multiple stakeholders in large enterprises.

Expertise in integrating M3 with third-party systems (WMS, POS, Finance systems).

Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective collaboration with business and IT leadership.

Prior experience in retail, distribution, or manufacturing sectors is a plus.

PMP, Prince2, or Agile delivery certifications are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all Infor M3 initiatives across business units.

Facilitate requirement workshops with stakeholders and translate business needs into functional solutions.

Oversee modules including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, supply chain, inventory, and warehouse management.

Lead both offshore and onshore teams responsible for M3 configuration, testing, and implementation.

Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and integration teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.

Develop and manage project plans, tasks, and dependencies.

Ensure adherence to governance, quality, and compliance standards.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, and post-deployment hypercare.

 


Education & Certifications:

Bachelor's degree, must.

PMP, Prince2, or Agile delivery certifications are preferred.
