· Strong coordination skills across multiple workstreams, stakeholders and vendors.
· Experience tracking dependencies, milestones and delivery plans.
· Solid background in infrastructure, cloud migration or datacenter transformation programs.
· Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.
· Strong financial awareness: budget tracking, forecast updates and cost governance.
· Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills.
· Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and tracking.
Preferred skills:
· Experience in AWS, hybrid cloud or public cloud programs.
· Understanding of resiliency, DR, backup, network and infrastructure concepts.
· Experience in application migration or service transition programs.
· Banking / financial services experience.
· Ability to work with technical teams as well as business stakeholders.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
· 5+ years of experience in Project / Program Management, ideally in technology or infrastructure transformation.
· Experience supporting complex, multi-workstream programs with multiple stakeholders.
· Strong knowledge of project governance, RAID management, planning and reporting.
· Experience preparing executive updates and managing senior stakeholders.
· Experience in banking, financial services or regulated environments preferred.
· Exposure to cloud, infrastructure, datacenter or application migration programs preferred.
