Developer should be technically strong in .Net basics and should have hands-on in AD projects.
Associate should have hands-on experience in .Net and SQL.
He/she is responsible for Analysis, Coding, Unit testing, System testing and UAT support and Implementation.
Should have basic Agile knowledge.
Ability to Design, develop and implement components of a work package / project as per client requirements and create a fault tolerant code write unit test cases for the specific unit and update knowledge assets Understanding of dev ops principles of CI/CD, ability to use build and packaging tools to complete the work product WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF delivering high quality project deliverables and user experience WITHIN THE LIMITS OF delivery timelines, security, quality and performance guidelines.
Understanding of the Agile principles and expertise in one or more variants of agile like XP, TDD, Scrum, Pair programming, Lean startup, Pod Model , MVP, One Agile, SAFe Understanding of ITIL concepts, SLA targets and applications and services in scope.
Education & Certifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science, or a Bachelor’s degree with significant work experience in technology Industry
