The Senior Manager, Value Stream Management position will lead a cross functional business team of both direct reports and partners that specializes in the discovery, alignment, and development of data and derivative products for both internal and customer facing applications, commercial models, and continued development of a world-class, dual-sided, data marketplace for the Aviation industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional teams, including customers, to identify top opportunities and priorities.
• Build and execute commercial models and financial plans for data products and platform business models.
• Educate and inspire around the power of data
• Continue building out the vision and strategy for Collins as a player in the data space
• Own the demonstration of new features to product management, partner engagement, customer experience, and leadership stakeholders.
• Extensive interaction and alignment with partner business leaders, sales, and marketing for seamless go to market strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience OR
• Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience OR
• In absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a Product Manager, Value stream, or business leader in the data / transactional platform space.
• Creative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture view.
• Experience working in a software development environment.
• Experience with launching new products.
• Knowledge of Scaled AGILE.
• Familiarity with IBM, Amazon Web Services, or Azure platform.
• Experience working within a development organization
