Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Procure to Pay (P2P) Solution Architect and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead complex procurement transformation initiatives. With over 15 years of experience in Oracle ERP and deep expertise in Fusion Cloud Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Qualification, Accounts Payable, and Payments, the ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor and hands-on leader across all phases of the implementation lifecycle.
This role requires a holistic, scalable, and cloud-native approach, combining business process acumen with technical depth to drive digital transformation and deliver measurable value to the enterprise.
Serve as the P2P Functional SME for Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Finance tracks.
Define and govern the end-to-end solution architecture across modules including:
Build a comprehensive and scalable implementation roadmap, incorporating change management and phased rollout strategies.
Lead fit-gap analysis sessions, identify business transformation opportunities, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Implementation Excellence
Guide cross-functional teams through full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, acting as the SME for design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Define best practices for supplier onboarding, qualification, compliance, and contract lifecycle management.
Configure robust approval workflows, tax treatments, budgetary controls, and global payment frameworks within Oracle Fusion.
Supplier and Compliance Enablement
Design and optimize supplier lifecycle processes leveraging Oracle Fusion Supplier Qualification and Supplier Portal.
Ensure regulatory compliance across regions for taxation, audit trails, e-invoicing, TDS/VAT/GST, 1099, and SOX requirements.
Integration & Analytics
Serve as SME in Fusion Cloud integrations (APIs, FBDI, ESS Jobs, Web Services) for upstream/downstream systems (e.g., banks, legacy ERPs, tax engines).
Leverage Fusion tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View for reporting, analytics, and insights.
Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders, providing insights on capability enablement, risk mitigation, and performance optimization.
Prepare executive-level presentations for solution walk-throughs, milestone reviews, and issue resolution.
Mentor consultants, lead design authority boards, and ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Education:
Fusion reporting, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and workflow configurations.
Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Financials Certified
Familiarity with PaaS extensions: Groovy scripting, VBCS, PCS
