Job Description:
At least 2+ years of experience in the IT industry.
Solid understanding of HR operations and best practices
Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Develop, implement, and optimize HR operational processes
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Manage employee data and records accurately and confidentially
Provide HR analytics and reporting to support decision-making
Stay updated with HR laws, regulations, and best practices
Excellent organizational and time management skills
